About our Program

Registration for Fall 2024 will open this summer – stay tuned!!

All of our girls development programs are under the Girls Jr Knights program, broken down into the following divisions:

• Girls Jr Knights (Middle School – full field grades 5-8) 
• Knights Youth Lacrosse (Grades K-2 and 3-4 small field) 

Jr Knights Lacrosse is here to provide an opportunity to learn, grow, and foster a love for the game of lacrosse!

• 2 Games on Sundays, March to April, and an end-of-season tournament  (dates and times are up to the league and subject to change)
• Games will be played at locations mostly at or within a 20min drive of RRHS
• Mini division – k5 up to 2^nd grade (short field)
• Youth division – up to 4^th grade (short-field)
• Middle School division – 4^th – 6^th (full-field)
• Middle School – 7^th – 8^th   This program is focused on developing fundamentals, fostering talent, and preparing them to play at River Ridge High School

One of the oldest team sports in the world, lacrosse is fast-paced, requiring both mental acuity and physical ability by all players on the field, and is an exciting sport to watch.

• Practices begin in August – At MCMS, RRHS Practice Field, or Arnold Mill/Little River ES
• Games are on the following dates (subject to change)
• September through October
• End of Oct – League Tournament
